Natura Gıda San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., one of the companies of Ulker Group, debuted the Turkish ice cream market in 2003 by taking Schöller’s ice cream factory in the city of Bursa.

The factory has reached production capacity of 10 million liters to 100 million liters, within 8 years. Sales amount showed a great growth from 4,5 million liters to 60 million liters.

Since 2003 until today, the number of Food Cabinets which serves the products to consumers reached out to 100.000 Cabinets. From the same date, the number of products under 50 brands of Ulker Golf has exceeded the number of 200 with strong R&D investments. Today, Ulker Golf, has its 30% share of the ice cream market in Turkey, with continued sales growth of 8 years.

Impulse (portion packed), Take Home (home type) and Catering (Hotel and Cafe type) are the three main groups, under the brand of Ulker Golf. We also meet the consumers with the most popular Ulker flavors by combining ice cream pleasure, Coco Star, Metro, İçim and Hobby.
